Frequently asked questions

This section provides concise answers to the questions most frequently addressed to Ultima Memoria (UM). For matters not covered here, please use the contact form.

01 What is the entrance test (S1/100), and why is it required?

The Entrance Test is the first step in the Ultima Memoria (UM) training process. As part of the Preparation and Admission Phase, it takes place before the actual training begins and establishes each learner’s starting point across the four central dimensions of memory performance.

The results of the Entrance Test serve, in particular, as the basis for:

  • the assessment of the individual baseline,
  • admission to the further training process,
  • the selection of the appropriate learning programme,
  • the definition of the learning objective,
  • and the evaluation of the progress achieved at a later stage.

The Four Dimensions of the Entrance Test

The Entrance Test comprises the measurement, analysis and evaluation of the following memory capabilities*:

  • S1/100A – The capacity of the memory
  • S1/100B – The speed of the memory
  • S1/100C – The form of expression and precision of the memory
  • S1/100D – Long-term memory

*Ultima Memoria (UM) developed this measurement procedure and thereby enabling the exact measurement of these memory capabilities. On this basis, they could, for the first time, be presented in a standardised, systematised and structured form.

02 How do the S2/200, S3/300, and S10/1000 programmes differ?

Ultima Memoria (UM) comprises three core programmes: S2/200, S3/300 and S10/1000. They represent the memory abilities and stated performance objectives listed below and provide the basis for the duration-based training programmes.

  • (A.) Measurable increase in the existing capacity of the memory
  • (B.) Measurable increase in the existing speed of the memory
  • (C.) Measurable increase in the existing form of expression and precision of the memory
  • (D.) Measurable increase in existing long-term memory
S2/200|Ultima Memoria (UM) – S2/200 Programme
  • A.2A measurable twofold (2x) increase in the existing capacity of the memory|within 7 days
  • B.2A measurable twofold (2x) increase in the existing speed of the memory|within 7 days
  • C.2A measurable twofold (2x) increase in the existing form of expression and precision of the memory|within 7 days
  • D.2A measurable twofold (2x) increase in existing long-term memory|within 7 days
S3/300|Ultima Memoria (UM) – S3/300 Programme
  • A.3A measurable threefold (3x) increase in the existing capacity of the memory|within 10 days
  • B.3A measurable threefold (3x) increase in the existing speed of the memory|within 10 days
  • C.3A measurable threefold (3x) increase in the existing form of expression and precision of the memory|within 10 days
  • D.3A measurable threefold (3x) increase in existing long-term memory|within 10 days
S10/1000|Ultima Memoria (UM) – S10/1000 Programme
  • A.10A measurable tenfold (10x) increase in the existing capacity of the memory|within 14 days
  • B.10A measurable tenfold (10x) increase in the existing speed of the memory|within 14 days
  • C.10A measurable tenfold (10x) increase in the existing form of expression and precision of the memory|within 14 days
  • D.10A measurable tenfold (10x) increase in existing long-term memory|within 14 days
03 What happens if I do not achieve the agreed performance increase?

The Ultima Memoria (UM) method is built around systematic, measurable improvement. If a learner completes the programme in full and the Comprehensive Assessment Test does not confirm the agreed increase in performance, the result will be reviewed on an individual basis. A free repeat phase will then be offered to help the learner meet the agreed performance target.

The measurement and examination system, embedded within the broader instructional system, is designed to make progress visible throughout the programme, so that any deviations can be identified early and addressed before the agreed outcome is put at risk.

If the agreed increase is still not achieved, the relevant programme may be repeated once free of charge. Should the learner fail to achieve the agreed increase even after this free repeat, the original programme fee will be refunded.

04 Is it possible to complete particular modules without taking a full programme?

Yes.

Ultima Memoria (UM) translates its practical application into a series of clearly defined modules, each centred on a distinct subject area. Within these modules, training, exercises, tests and measurable evaluations are brought together in a coherent structure. In this way, the system’s practical fields of application are organised with clarity and precision.

Each module is available separately for USD 1,999, provided that the learner has completed the entrance test (S1/100) and has demonstrated a level of performance equivalent to the target level of S2/200, S3/300, or S10/1000.

05 What does the certification confirm?

The Ultima Memoria (UM) Certificate documents the successful completion of the training programme and confirms that the performance requirements defined for the respective course level have been met.

The Ultima Memoria (UM) Certificate constitutes a standardised certification instrument that formally verifies the successful completion of the training programme.

It confirms that the participant has met the required performance standards, fulfilled the prescribed examination and assessment criteria, and demonstrably developed the memory capabilities defined within the framework of the programme.

The Ultima Memoria (UM) Certification is governed by the Quality Standards of the Ultima Memoria Association for Innovation and Development (UMAID).

It confirms that the participant has met the performance requirements prescribed for the relevant course level and has demonstrably attained the corresponding measurable performance targets:

Programme
Performance Objective
Valuation
S2/200
increase in performance to 200%
of the baseline value
S3/300
increase in performance to 300%
of the baseline value
S10/1000
increase in performance to 1,000%
of the baseline value
06 Under what conditions are refunds available?

Refunds are available under the conditions set out in the Refund Policy. A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that the relevant learning phase has not yet begun.

Refunds connected with failure to meet the agreed performance target are governed separately by the repeat-phase provision; see Question 03.

07 In which languages is Ultima Memoria (UM) available?

The UM training programmes (S2/200, S3/300, and S10/1000) and UM modules are currently offered in Arabic, German, English, and Turkish.

Chinese, French, Hindi, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish are in preparation, with further languages to follow.

For institutional implementations requiring a specific language, please contact 11.3 Educational Institutions & Organisations.

08 How long will I have access to my learning materials after completing a programme?
