This imprint identifies the provider of the Ultima Memoria (UM) website and of the learning services offered through it, and states who is responsible for its content. It is provided in accordance with the information duties applicable to online services in the operator’s country of establishment.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data are processed, the Terms govern the use of the platform and the purchase of programmes, and the Refund Policy sets out withdrawal and refunds.

Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating in July 2025, and the duty to link to it no longer applies. Consumers may instead turn to a national alternative dispute resolution body in their own country, or to the European Consumer Centre network for cross-border purchases.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our email address for consumer complaints is stated in 14.2.
Liability for content and links
The content of these pages has been prepared with care. We accept no liability, however, for the accuracy, completeness or currency of that content, save where liability is mandatory by law. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws; we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability in that respect arises only from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known, and any such content will be removed without delay.
